Yes. Connect any custom domain during setup — we handle SSL provisioning and DNS verification automatically. Most dealers use their existing domain (e.g., smithsford.com.au) with a CNAME record. Multi-location groups can run separate domains per site from one admin account.
DriveAgent integrates with all major Australian DMS providers including EasyCars, AutoGate, Dealer Solutions, MotorOne, and DealerCell. We also accept standard CSV and XML feeds. If your DMS isn't listed, our team will build a custom adapter at no extra cost.
First sync typically completes within 15 minutes of connecting your feed. After that, stock updates every 15 minutes automatically. Vehicle images, specifications, and pricing all sync — including EGC and drive-away pricing where available.
Absolutely. Many dealers run both in parallel during transition. You can point a subdomain (e.g., new.yourdealership.com.au) at DriveAgent while keeping your existing site live. When you're ready, swap DNS to cut over with zero downtime.
