Analyticsarchitecture
A lightweight client-side tracker captures page views, VDP interactions, form submissions, chat sessions, and call events. Events are batched and sent to a high-throughput ingestion endpoint, deduplicated, and written to a columnar analytics store optimised for time-series queries. Data is available for querying within 60 seconds of collection.
Funnel stages are computed using sessionised event streams. A contact progresses through stages based on event triggers — enquiry form submission moves from Visit to Enquiry, answered call moves to Contact, appointment confirmation moves to Appointment. Stage transitions are timestamped for time-in-stage analysis.
Daily reports are generated by an AI model that analyses the previous day's metrics against rolling averages. The model identifies anomalies, highlights opportunities, and generates natural-language summaries. Reports are personalised per dealer based on their KPI priorities and delivered via email and in-app notification.
Dealer performance data is anonymised, normalised by dealership size and market, and aggregated into percentile buckets. Each dealer sees their position relative to peers without exposing individual competitor data. Benchmarks update weekly and cover 14 key performance indicators.
