Each dealership operates as an isolated tenant with its own data, users, and configuration — while group administrators have a consolidated view across all tenants. Data isolation is enforced at the database level. Group-level queries aggregate across tenants in real time without copying or syncing data between locations.

A hierarchical permission system with group administrator, regional manager, dealer principal, sales manager, and salesperson roles. Each role sees only the data and actions relevant to their scope. Group admins configure which features are available per dealer, which settings can be overridden locally, and which are locked at group level.

Templates follow a cascading inheritance model — group level sets the base, regional level can override specific sections, and dealer level can customise local content. When the group template is updated, changes propagate automatically unless a dealer has explicitly overridden that section. Version history tracks every change at every level.

Leads are routed based on customer location, vehicle availability, team capacity, and custom rules. When a customer starts a conversation with one dealership but lives closer to another, the system can transfer the lead with full conversation history.
