Technicalarchitecture
Location data is captured using significant-change filtering to reduce noise and battery drain — only meaningful position changes are recorded. Points are batched and submitted in compressed payloads. An offline queue stores data when connectivity drops and auto-syncs when the connection is restored, ensuring zero data loss even in underground car parks or rural areas.
The license is scanned via the device camera and processed through an OCR engine that extracts name, license number, expiry date, and license class. A confidence score determines whether the scan is accepted automatically or routed for manual verification. Expired licenses are blocked from proceeding, and all scan data is encrypted at rest.
Automated reminders are sent at 24 hours, 2 hours, and day-of via SMS and email. No-shows trigger a separate follow-up sequence. Customers who complete a test drive are enrolled in intent-based drip campaigns — high-intent leads get accelerated outreach, while lower-intent leads receive nurture content over a longer timeline.
A structured pre-drive checklist captures odometer reading, fuel level, and existing damage with photo evidence.
