Three template tiers work together — system templates provide the default starting points, dealer templates are custom layouts saved by your team, and shared templates allow dealer groups to distribute approved designs across all locations. Template sets bundle multiple page templates into a complete site kit for rapid deployment.

Six roles provide granular permissions across the entire CMS — from view-only stakeholders to full administrators. Each role defines access to page editing, publishing, template management, SEO settings, media uploads, and team management. Permissions cascade logically so higher roles inherit all lower-level capabilities.

Every piece of content — pages, posts, popups, banners — supports scheduled publishing with a draft, review, and publish workflow. Authors create content, editors review and approve, and the system publishes at the scheduled time. Expired content is automatically archived and can be restored or repurposed.

Campaigns support three display types — modal popups, slide-in drawers, and top/bottom banners. Each campaign can be targeted by page, device, user behaviour (time on page, scroll depth, exit intent), and schedule. Frequency capping prevents over-display, and built-in analytics track impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.

Batch actions let administrators publish, unpublish, archive, or delete multiple pages and posts in a single operation. Status changes propagate across all related content — archiving a page also archives its associated popups and scheduled campaigns. Audit logs track every bulk action for accountability.
