Message deduplication, ordering guarantees, and platform-specific rate limit handling ensure nothing is missed — even during traffic spikes.

Incoming messages pass through intent classification, sentiment analysis, and brand voice extraction before a response is generated. Every AI reply includes a confidence score and alternative suggestions. Low-confidence responses are routed to the approval queue. The model learns from approved and corrected responses to improve over time.

A configurable rules engine evaluates each incoming review against trigger conditions — star rating thresholds, keyword matches, sentiment scores, and platform type.
