Deposits are processed through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Card details never touch your servers — tokenised at the point of entry and processed via secure API. Supports Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. Failed payments trigger automatic retry with customer notification.

Each order moves through a defined lifecycle: Reserved → Deposit Received → Deal In Progress → Finance Approved → Ready for Collection → Delivered. Stage transitions trigger customer notifications and internal alerts. Stale orders are flagged automatically based on configurable thresholds per stage.

Deposit amounts can be fixed, percentage-based, or tiered by vehicle price band. Hold periods are configurable per dealership or per vehicle category — 24 hours for used, 48 hours for new, 72 hours for ordered vehicles. Expired holds auto-release the vehicle back to available stock with customer notification.

Online orders inject directly into your CRM deal pipeline at the appropriate stage.
